Mindful Running Training – Wednesdays and Fridays.  All abilities welcome.


About our Training 

Our policy is not to flog you, but instead help you build your running base and confidence using our 3 gear method.  As a result you will  learn how to use your energy more effectively, and develop a deeper love of running.  We will teach you body awareness, mindful running techniques and my favourite – how to run slow, to get faster!  Mindful Running training is in school terms, so you will get regular breaks to have time with your family and to refresh your legs.

“Our running training sessions are designed for busy women with a ‘holistic’ and ‘mindful’ difference.

We offer 2 types of Training Session.

  1. ‘Mindful Interval Running’ are interval based sessions. They will help you get fitter and faster, as a result of learning our 3 gear method. These sessions are perfect for intermediate to advanced runners who are looking to increase their speed, and are training for events. (***Currently on hold due to COVID-19***)
  2. Mindful Runs – Mindful Wednesdays and Mindful Fridays. These runs are social, slow 60min runs and will help you develop your endurance. Mindful Wednesdays and Fridays are ‘stop and smell the roses’ runs. These are especially for beginner/Intermediate runners. Total distance 5-7km.

Join us for 1 or 2 sessions per week.


COVID-19 TRAINING

Due to Covid-19, we will be implementing health and safety protocols in line with current Queensland Government guidelines.  

All runners require an active pass to participate (purchase your pass here), and need to reserve their spot via the running training schedule prior to the session, for contact tracing purposes.  

COVID-19 WEATHER POLICY

During Covid-19, no running sessions will take place during wet weather.  Your coach will advise the cancellation prior to 4.30am on the morning of the session, but most likely before 9pm the night before.  Therefore, no training session passes will lost.  

COVID-19 REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

During Covid-19, we have taken all steps to avoid the loss of your money for sessions, in cases of unforeseen changes to schedules.   No extensions to length of validity of sessions will be made during this time.  However, if you have been effected by COVID-19, please contact us.  


TRAINING PASSES

During Covid-19 we are offering the following training passes.  Term passes will not be offered at this time.  

10 Session Pass $170 (plus 1 session FREE) (valid 6 months)

5 Session Pass $90 (valid 3 months)

Casual Pass $20 (Purchase pass on-line. Valid for day of purchase only.)
