About our Training
Our policy is not to flog you, but instead help you build your running base and confidence using our 3 gear method. As a result you will learn how to use your energy more effectively, and develop a deeper love of running. We will teach you body awareness, mindful running techniques and my favourite – how to run slow, to get faster! Mindful Running training is in school terms, so you will get regular breaks to have time with your family and to refresh your legs.

“Our running training sessions are designed for busy women with a ‘holistic’ and ‘mindful’ difference.“
We offer 2 types of Training Session.
- ‘Mindful Interval Running’ are interval based sessions. They will help you get fitter and faster, as a result of learning our 3 gear method. These sessions are perfect for intermediate to advanced runners who are looking to increase their speed, and are training for events.
- Mindful Runs – Mindful Wednesdays and Mindful Fridays. These runs are social, slow 60min runs and will help you develop your endurance. Mindful Wednesdays carry a Mindful theme each week, and Mindful Fridays are ‘stop and smell the roses’ runs. These are especially for beginner/Intermediate runners. Total distance 3-6km.
Join us for 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week.
Term Pass – Mindful Interval Running $150
Term Pass – Mindful Wednesday $150
Term Pass – Mindful Friday $150
Term Pass – All Inclusive $270. (Unlimited run sessions, including Mindful Interval and Mindful Wednesday/Fridays during term. NB: Choose this pass if you wish to attend both Mindful Wednesdays and Mindful Friday Runs each week.)
10 Session Pass $170 (Available for any session. Perfect if you can’t commit to a term. Valid for 6 months.)
Casual Pass $20 (Cash or purchase pass on-line. Valid for day of purchase only.)

Term 1 – 29th January til 5th April
Term 2 – 23rd April til 28th June
Term 3 – 15th July til 20 September
Term 4 – 8th October til 6 December
