Mindful Running Training – Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays.  Mum-friendly and beginner-friendly.


About our Training 

Our policy is not to flog you, but instead help you build your running base and confidence.  Our aim is to get you running in whatever capacity you need/want.  We will teach you body awareness, mindful running techniques and my favourite – how to run slow, to get faster! Our training is in school terms, so you will get regular breaks to have time with your family and to refresh your legs.

Our running sessions are designed for busy women with a ‘holistic’ and ‘mindful’ difference.  We help women to run, get fit, faster and be more balanced.  Join us for 1 or 2 sessions per week.

  • Coincides with school terms
  • Sessions cater for all running abilities
  • Local to schools – easy for drop-off
  • All Women welcome (sorry fellas)

1 x session per week $140 (per term) 2 x sessions per week $260 (per term) 10 Session Pass $160 (valid for 2 terms) or “try it out” session $20  (***Brookfield prices differ)

Term 4 starts 9th October til 7th December, 2018.  Numbers limited to 15.
